START WITH YOUR EVERYDAY WORK
Choose a real task, practice on approved information, and learn how to check the result. These examples are starting points; your sessions follow your business priorities.
Practice drafting a clear response from approved notes, then check the facts, tone and next step before sending.
Turn an approved FAQ into a post, article outline or video script while keeping your business's own voice and facts.
Try a useful format for organizing requests, missing details and follow-ups before deciding whether you need an integration.
Compare a workflow with the accounts you already use. Identify what a new subscription or custom tool would actually add.

MAP THE OPPORTUNITY
Compare the tasks, people and systems involved before choosing what to build. A clear first version gives the project a useful boundary.
LEAVE WITH A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP
Your agreed coaching scope can include a task brief, a reusable prompt or workflow, an output-review checklist, and a short action plan. We identify the accounts, costs and permissions involved so you know what continuing the workflow requires.
Learn by doing. Work through a task with guidance and leave with steps you can repeat.
Define priorities. Review the current process, choose a starting point and agree on the scope of the next project.
Build what is needed. Dashboards, integrations and custom tools are separate projects with their own proposal and testing.
We begin with public, invented or approved examples where possible. Human review stays part of the workflow; automatic sending and live system connections are introduced only within an agreed implementation scope.

No. We start with a business task and explain the steps in plain English. If a workflow needs software development, we scope that separately.
Bring one recurring task, the tools you already use and an example of the result you want. Public or invented samples work well for an initial conversation; share business information only when you have permission.
We can discuss that as implementation work. Coaching teaches a workflow; consulting helps define priorities and scope. Building and operating integrations, dashboards or custom software requires a separate proposal.
Agree on what a useful result looks like, then compare preparation, prompting, review and correction time with your existing approach. Keep, adjust or stop the experiment based on the whole result.
We review your existing accounts first. Any additional subscriptions, usage costs and implementation work are identified before you commit.
Sessions built around your schedule and how you learn best — on-site or remote.
Hands-on guidance on which AI tools actually fit your business, not generic theory.
Review what information belongs in a tool, who can access it and where a person needs to check the result.
